On January 10, 2023, the new doctoral regulations went into effect.
The doctoral regulations apply to all new doctoral candidates who have started their doctoral studies after January 10, 2023. Candidates who have already been accepted as doctoral candidates at the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy before January 10, 2023, may complete the doctorate according to the old regulations of 2011.
Important information for doctoral students
Before starting the doctorate:
- Conclude the care agreement
- Apply for admission(Leaflet 1)
During the doctorate:
- Attend and provide proof of courses taken(Proof of Taught Courses).
- Report annually
- Apply for cumulative dissertation, if applicable(Leaflet 2).
When the dissertation is finished:
- Apply for admission to the doctoral examination(Leaflet 3)
