PLANETAMOS - the physics show musical on March 29 & 30

27.02.25 | Instagram, Event

The unique physics show musical "PLANETAMOS" from the University of Bonn is coming to the Ruhr region for the first time in March! In a brilliant show with demonstration experiments, music and live singing, the student group shows in a humorous way how planets and life on them are formed.

It's a matter of life and death

The audience accompanies Vita and Mortis - life and death themselves - to the galactic planet store PLANETAMOS. The two of them want to buy a planet and make the sales team at the planet store work up quite a sweat. The young physicists from the University of Bonn use experiments to illustrate how planets are formed, how solar eclipses and seasons come about, what a global magnetic field is good for and how the greenhouse effect works. The result: a flourishing planet - or a Death Star?
