Saturday Morning Physics
With “Saturday Morning Physics,” we want to share our enthusiasm for physics with the city’s community and the general public: on several Saturdays during the winter semester, we invite you to the Evangelical Pauluskirche in downtown Bochum. In engaging talks, our scientists will explain their research—in a way that’s accessible to everyone and with a passion for their field. Admission is free, and no registration is required. Anyone interested is warmly invited to just drop by.
In the 2026/2027 winter semester, we will continue with lectures on the topic of “Physics and Medicine.” We will share more detailed information about the program here soon.
