Saturday Morning Physics
With “Saturday Morning Physics,” we want to share our enthusiasm for physics with the city’s community and the general public: on several Saturdays during the winter semester, we invite you to the Evangelical Pauluskirche in downtown Bochum. In engaging talks, our scientists will explain their research—in a way that’s accessible to everyone and with a passion for their field. Admission is free, and no registration is required. Anyone interested is warmly invited to just drop by.
In the 2026–2027 winter semester, the series will continue with lectures on the topic “Physics and the Medicine of the Future.”
