This June, elections will be held to select representatives from all student groups to serve on the faculty councils and the Senate. The election schedule is as follows:
May 11, 2026: Deadline for verifying voter eligibility, submitting candidate nominations, and updating the voter rolls (12:00 p.m.)
June 15–17, 2026:Elections (the election portal opens and closes at 12:00 p.m. each day)
Voting is conducted exclusively online. At the start of the voting period, all eligible voters will receive a link to the voting portal via email at their RUB email address. Voters may also cast their ballots in person during the voting period, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., using a laptop at the election office (UV 3/342).
