Due to the discontinuation of a framework agreement between the AKAFÖ and the RUB in 2020, comparative offers for catering, etc. must now be obtained, even if event organizers at the RUB wish to commission the AKAFÖ. This regulation does not apply to events in the IBZ or the Bistro.
